Hand cut from 100% USDA Bone in pork loins. Our Windsor loins are cut 1 inch thick, brine cured in our very own secret combination of salt, brown sugar and Insta-cure, then is slow smoked for hours to ensure the perfect smoked flavor. Packaged two to a package. Approximate weight is one pound.
